Licensure for Landscape Architects

SB07-107, the Landscape Architects Professional Licensing bill, was signed into law by Governor Ritter this week. This legislation creates a Board of Landscape Architects under the administration of the state’s Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) that will issue and administer licenses required for the practice of landscape architecture in Colorado.

Natural Design Solutions President, Matt Spidell, was one of the first 15 landscape architects licensed in the State of Colorado when the licensure bill was passed in 2007.
